Q: Where is my order shipped from? 

A: As all the products are processed in my workshop in China, all the orders are shipped from China.

Q: Where can you ship my order to?

A: We ship internationally - buyers are responsible for all import costs which might be assessed upon delivery (VAT, duties, etc).

Q: When can I receive my parcel? 

A: The shipping time varies depending on the country and the area of the receiver's address. The time range can be 3-15 business days. The main countries and areas that we ship to a lot are listed with shipping time as following: 

-United States: 5-8 business days.

-Canada: 7-10 business days.

-United Kingdom: 3-6 business days.

-EU Area: 3-6 business days.

-Australia: 5-8 business days.

Others: please contact us for an estimated arrival date. 

Q: What courier brings my parcel? 

A: Generally, the orders will be shipped by YunExpress, and handed over to the local last-mile courier. The complete logistics history will be shown in the tracking information on the official website. 

Q: Is my order with free shipping service? 

A: Orders with value reaching US$ 35 will be shipped without shipping fees charged.
