We don't accept return or exchange. If the items are received with quality issues, we will send replacement for free or refund accordingly, according to customers' preference. 

To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, please state the problems that you met. If necessary, you are welcomed to take photos or video for better explanation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
